DIRT are one of the blended artists of the so-called new generation of EDM Programmers / DJs.
Coming from India (Mumbai) , the duo have achieved serious success in the progressive blends & sounds . From 2 years after they started making music together . They've been producing Progressive / Tech / Trance / Minimal as constant fixture in their tracklist.
Their story started in 2008 when Kiran & Niel decided to join forces. By the end of the first year of their existence, they were already household names of the scene with a notable amount of reworks , mashups, reedits, remixes, originals.
The releases quickly became very popular, partly thanks to the unique
approach of harmonic mixing up, something of a trademark that has become synonymous with the Indian duo. Their extensive tour planner serves the backbone to the DIRT Upcoming Schedule Program, very first experience on the life of traveling DJs.
In 2011, they came up with most selective collection of songs that
defined the era and mood of progressive genre in india. It includes
exclusive tracks, remixes, reworks, mash-ups, a fine - however far from complete - view on the first 2 years of their career.
DIRT are well known for their different take on electronic dance music, which definitely makes them stand out from the mostly genre-conscious DJ scene. Through the quality of their releases, they already proved that these guys are something to reckon with, and they're here to stay
providing a unique sound, that is truly theirs only.
Their distinctive style remains difficult to pin down, covering genres like house, progressive, tech, disco, and trance to name just some .
Genres are just to make you understand the blends of music. Inventions and discoveries will be always goin on.
Its Difficult to come up with a Exceptional Imagination.
Well, in short to describe for my blend, i belong to Progressive, Trance, Techno.
Mostly Today, its just not about Kicks, Snares, Hats.. but Also Hi hats, Rides, Percussion, Synth shots and many more...
Detailed Execution had being a major part of the beauty explored in many legendary artists.
The Bottom line to say is "Please Do not Disturb the Originality and the Beauty of the Original Song by making it as a bootleg,
if your capable enough to maintain its beauty than only take a risk of making a remix of it ".
Production Tip : Choose Instruments Wisely, One wrong sound can haywire your song's genre as well as the beauty of it.
Mastering Tip : Use Clean Sounds, Samples (.wav - 32 bit Uncompressed), Make Sure for Using Right Tools for Processing. and Very Important is the Equalization.
Execution Tip : Do not Render in a Forced 0.0db Over Compressed Limiter.. Sometimes Brickwall limiter does that. So make sure u limit with a right compression value.
